CAPs

Organoids are in vitro, cultured in 3D, capable of mimicking in vitro the three-dimensional structure and physiological function of in vivo organs (or tissues) in a normal (or diseased) state.CAPs are specialized culture plates for high-throughput preparation and culture of organoids.

  • Advantage 1
High throughput, each chamber contains up to 600+ micro organoid culture areas
  • Advantage 2
Preparation of uniformly sized organoids and flexible control of organoid size by adjusting cell concentration
  • Advantage 3
Some specialized stem cells can construct organoids in the absence of stromal gels

CAPs provide a relatively independent and consistent growth space for each individual 3D cultured cell (spheroid, organoid, etc.) based on optimized precision microstructures. CAPs are compatible with existing methods of culturing organoids by matrix gel/hydrogel encapsulation, which enables rapid high-throughput culturing of spheroids and organoids. In addition, CAPs allow flexible control of the size of spheroids and organoids to be cultured by the amount of cell inoculation.
